Incidentally, if you wonder where that came from, here's the story:
Back around 1997, I decided that I wanted an email address that would serve me the rest of my life. With my pronounced interest in beer and brewing, I thought of the old German brewer's saying "Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalt's". Roughly translated, that means "We provide hops and malt, and God takes it from there." So it was pretty easy to register the domain name "malz.com" and set up a user name of "hopfen".
I think experts should share their knowledge, so I frequently answer beer-related questions through the AllExperts.com website. Click here to post a question.
